PPCA Most Broadcast Australian Country Music Recording Artist Awards 2004

On Monday, September 12, PPCA once again presented the PPCA Most Broadcast Australian Country Music Recording Artist Award.

The presentation was incorporated into the Country Music Association of Australia (CMAA) Achievers' Awards, held in Sydney. This PPCA Award was first presented eight years ago and has now become an annual, and much anticipated, highlight of the annual CMAA Awards agenda

The PPCA Most Broadcast Country Music Award recognises outstanding broadcasting achievement over the previous year for both the artist and their record label.  It demonstrates who received the most airplay of any country recording artist.

The recipient for the 2004 award was Kasey Chambers and her record label EMI Music Australia. This is the third consecutive year that Kasey has received the PPCA Most Broadcast Award, confirming her continued popularity with commercial and community broadcasters in Australia.

PPCA congratulates Kasey together with John O'Donnell and all at EMI Music on this achievement.
