How Do I Make Changes To My Current Licence?

You can fill out a Licence application form online giving us the updated details or, if you would prefer to complete a written application, print a copy of the Licence Details form, fill it out and return it to us.  

Once received we will review and process your requested change, and provide you with a record of your adjustment.
